sobre un acantilado de la costa atl\u00e1ntica, con una orientaci\u00f3n pensada para maximizar la relaci\u00f3n visual y espacial con el mar. La edificaci\u00f3n se adapta a la pendiente natural del terreno, desarroll\u00e1ndose en varios niveles que escalonan el conjunto y permiten que la mayor parte de las estancias disfruten de vistas despejadas hacia el horizonte.<\/p><p>La volumetr\u00eda se organiza a partir de bandas lineales que generan una composici\u00f3n clara y ordenada, donde la horizontalidad del conjunto dialoga con la topograf\u00eda y la l\u00ednea del mar. Esta configuraci\u00f3n permite una transici\u00f3n progresiva desde los espacios comunes hasta las zonas privadas, estableciendo una continuidad funcional y paisaj\u00edstica.<\/p><p>Los espacios exteriores se entienden como extensiones naturales del edificio: terrazas ajardinadas, zonas de estancia, piscina y recorridos peatonales conforman una secuencia abierta al paisaje, pensada para integrar arquitectura y entorno sin artificios. Las zonas comunes se abren al sur mediante grandes planos acristalados que favorecen la permeabilidad visual y la entrada de luz natural, reforzando el v\u00ednculo constante con el exterior.<\/p><p>La materialidad apuesta por soluciones sobrias y duraderas, con acabados claros, vegetaci\u00f3n controlada y geometr\u00edas limpias que refuerzan la serenidad del conjunto. El proyecto propone as\u00ed una arquitectura atenta al lugar, donde cada decisi\u00f3n constructiva responde al di\u00e1logo entre funcionalidad, paisaje y experiencia del
