Seville, 1959
An architect specializing in Urban Planning from the Seville School of Architecture since 1984, he worked as a Municipal Architect in Dos Hermanas (Seville) and Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz) until 1990. He was responsible for drafting the General Urban Development Plan for both towns, as well as the Subsidiary Regulations for El Coronil (Seville). The Chiclana General Urban Development Plan (PGOU) was key to promoting developments such as the Novo Sancti Petri development, a national and international tourist landmark, and the Pelagatos Industrial Estate, both driving forces of local economic growth.
Since 1990, he has run his own architectural firm, with a consolidated track record in both the public and private sectors and extensive experience in the development of urban and hotel projects in both Spain and Latin America.
We understand architecture as a plural experience, a process that transforms a specific space – to be inhabited and lived in – in constant dialogue with its cultural and environmental surroundings.
From this premise, we put all our experience at the service of our clients’ needs, whether they are functional, aesthetic, economic or temporary, always committed to responsible architecture that is committed to its surroundings.
The studio’s activity covers a wide spectrum: building, refurbishment, planning and urban development, as well as the integral management of the real estate project. We accompany the client from the initial idea to the administrative process, including design, execution and feasibility and profitability studies. More than three decades of experience and more than a thousand projects, many of them in the hotel and urban development sector on both sides of the Atlantic, are our guarantee.
