The project is located on a consolidated site in the heart of San Fernando, unused for decades, with the aim of activating and regenerating the immediate urban environment. The proposal is based on a compact volumetry, which seeks to reinterpret the collective residential building with a contemporary and emphatic image, generated from the compositional play between overhanging balconies, deep recesses and the material contrast of the façade.

The dialogue with the context is established from the ground floor, where the landscaped areas and the setback at the entrance dignify the urban edge of Calle Real. Towards the side, the building opens onto a more intimate garden that provides scale and a transition towards the adjoining buildings. The walkable roof and upper terraces offer privileged views towards the bay, making the seascape an active part of the domestic experience.

The programme is completed with an underground garage, resolved with criteria of spatial cleanliness and structural rationality, thus consolidating an intervention that enhances the value of everyday life through careful design and formal coherence.
